The Beginning :
My journey into wellness began in 2008, driven by a desire to transform my health and lifestyle. With inspiring mentors and consistent practice, yoga became not just a discipline but a calling. Since 2010, I've spent over 15 years teaching and practicing yoga, helping individuals find balance, strength, and inner calm. Alongside yoga, I am certified in Pilates, Power Yoga, and Kids Yoga, with international credentials including RYS 200 and advanced training from Param Yoga.
